Terms of Service - ProofOnSite

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ProofOnSite, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

ProofOnSite is a construction delivery tracking platform that allows users to capture, store, and manage visual proof of material deliveries on construction sites through QR code scanning.

3. Beta Access

ProofOnSite is currently in beta testing. The service is provided 'as is' and may contain bugs or incomplete features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service during the beta period.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Data

You retain all rights to the photos and data you upload to ProofOnSite. By uploading content, you grant us the right to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ProofOnSite to upload illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProofOnSite is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
